Self Reliance presents a unique concept to explore this idea. Tommy, portrayed by Jake Johnson who also wrote and directed the film, is a man living with his mother and still recovering from a breakup with his long-term girlfriend who grew tired of his repetitive behavior. The picture opens with us right in the heart of the couple's personal turmoil, th...

The animated movie, which is the first of three parts in the Tomorroverse series that started in 2020 with Superman: Man of Tomorrow, marks the beginning of the end for the world. Furthermore, although The CW's Arrowverse did a good job of bringing Crisis to life, the animated adaptation elevates the narrative to a whole new level with a melancholy yet exhilarating feel. Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths, directed by Jeff Wamester, has a difficult task ahead of it, but author James Krieg skillfully combines seemingly unrelated storylines to create an incredibly stunning and captivating movie. The plot's progression is well known to those who watched the original crossover event, but the animation presents a novel interpretation of th...
